We built our products to help you get better results through digital testing technology. Our expectation is that you will have a great experience with our products especially if you follow the required maintenance. We realize that the perfection is impossible to attain so we invite you to review our warranty and return policies below.
Milwaukee Instruments "Milwaukee" products are manufactured to meet the highest quality standards in the industry. Milwaukee provides a limited product warranty should a failure occur due to defects in material or workmanship. Warranted products may be returned for repair or replacement only, at our discretion. The warranty becomes void if the product has been abused, misused, or repairs attempted by unauthorized persons.
All purchases are final. If an item has been ordered in error and has not been opened or used, management may exercise its discretion in accepting the return.
Milwaukee Instruments handheld testers, portable meters and stationary monitors-controllers are warranted for a period of 2 years and bench meters for 3 years. The PH600 pH Pen and versions of it have a 1 year warranty.
Replaceable probes are warranted for a period of 6 months.
The warranty period commences from the original date of sale to the end-user or a maximum of 12 months from date of dealers' purchase.
Warranty is valid only when the product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with the operating limitations and prescribed maintenance procedures.
Warranty service, replacement, recalibration and repairs are provided at Milwaukee's Instruments North Carolina Technical Service Center.
All returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number that can be obtained by contacting Milwaukee Customer Service.
Milwaukee Instruments will issue you a RMA Number and a CALL TAG. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the box and the unit shipped using the CALL TAG placed on the outside of the box. Returned materials must be packed properly to avoid damage during transport rendering the warranty null and void. The sender is responsible for expediting any shipping damage claims placed against the carrier.
The express warranty stated previously is the only express warranty given by Milwaukee Instruments to the end-user buyer. Milwaukee Instruments expressly disclaims any warranties implied by law, including but not limited to warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Milwaukee shall not be liable for any individual or consequential damages of any kind for breach of any warranty, negligence, on the basis of strict liability or otherwise. Milwaukee Instruments warranty periods differs across our range of instrumentation.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Any refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days and funds returned to your account within 5-10 business days.
FOURTEEN DAY (14) SATISFACTION RETURN POLICY
Milwaukee Instruments Inc. wants you to be 100% SATISFIED with your recent purchase(s). Should for some reason your needs were not 100% met, we offer you a 100% refund if the product was purchased from the Milwaukee E-commerce site, if it is in the original condition as shipped and received with all its contents and packaging and if within (14 Days).
Milwaukee will NOT accept a return for credit if the packaging is damaged or if the product is missing any original packaging contents. All returned products must be in LIKE NEW condition to receive a refund.
An (RMA) MUST be attained to return the product. An (RMA) may be provided by contacting Customer Service. Please know your order number and include it in the *Comment/Question Box on the CONTACT FORM.
Credits will be issued once Milwaukee receives and evaluates the LIKE NEW condition of the returned product. Please keep in mind credit card refunds can take between 5 and 10 days to process on your cards. We appreciate your patience.
